Job Description

Job Summary:
This position focus on production test engineering area of power management integrated circuits (Consumer, Industrial and Automotive ICs), you will be required to deeply utilize analog and digital circuits, as well as programming languages (C), to conduct diverse projects involving hardware, software and procedures, aimed at ensuring the quality and cost optimization of production testing.
Essential Functions:
• Analyze/optimize component-level circuits and test program (based on C) for precision parametric measurements of analog and mixed-signal IC, and accordingly dispose the risky production tested chips and test system.
• Analyze/Optimize production test cost, efficiency, capacity, smoothness by diverse approaches, including but not limited to test time reduction, multisite development, test platform transfer, optimize/simplify test process.
• Co-work to develop and maintain the production test supporting system, like setup sheet database, lot on hold system, flexible test flow, scheduling system, template software, etc.
• Conduct continuous improvement to ensure whole production test system stability/ reliability by tester performance tracking/analysis, test process creation/optimization and other techniques.
• Manage OSAT (Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Testing) to ensure the test quality and efficiency.
Qualifications:
• BS in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Micro-Electronic, Automation, Instrument Science & Engineering or relevant.
• Good knowledge on analog/digital circuit, programming language (minimum is C).
• Good communication skills in Chinese and English (reading & writing).
• Willing to travel in China and worldwide subcontractor.
• Working experience in power IC testing area is a plus.
