Job Description
About the role...
資深會計負責公司供應商請款、資產/無形資產帳務及扣繳稅申報。對內進行跨部門溝通，確認各部門提交憑證或供應商支付帳戶與時間等之正確性、規劃資產帳務；對外配合外部會計師、國稅局帳務或稅務問題進行說明。
What you will do...
1. 審核廠商或費用發票、單據等傳票，並處理會計帳務。
2. 確認資本支出驗收及財產目錄完整性，並進行折舊攤提。
3. 進行年度資產盤點計畫。
4. 完成費用暫估及編制月結底稿及財務報表。
5. 進行營業稅、營所稅、各類所得申報及調節等稅務事項。
6. 配合會計師查核作業、國稅局等問題。
7. 協助優化會計流程及制度。
8. 處理政府補助及投資抵減申請(If any)。

What skills are required...
1. 會計/財稅等相關科系學士或碩士，或在學期間修過中會
2. 具事務所或營造、物流等產業經驗經驗佳
3. 熟悉Excel，基本函數如Vlookup, Sumif, index等
4. IFRS會計公報、營業稅/營所稅法相關知識
5. 具備良好中、英讀寫能力
6. 會操作SAP系統加分

ALP (Ally Logistic Property, Co., Ltd.), is the first and largest institutional logistics property developer in Taiwan, providing sustainable modern logistics facilities which comply with the highest international standards.
ALP's mission is to make the logistics industry become simpler, smarter, and more sustainable. ALP has set up the goal to invest US$1 billion in the logistics facilities in Taiwan, and now we are halfway through. As the first institutional logistics property developer in Taiwan, ALP has built and is now managing more than 500,000 sqm of warehouses. During these 10 years, ALP has constructed and is now managing 6 logistics parks in Taiwan. With over 90% of warehouses occupied, more than 60% is leased by multinational companies that include retail and commercial brands, channels and third-party logistics service providers and more.
