inline (樂排股份有限公司) was founded in 2015 and provides a comprehensive customer
management system for restaurants. Over 8,000 restaurants in Japan, Australia, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Taiwan use inline to serve customers and manage client relationships.
We are looking for a passionate social media marketing intern to join our marketing team. In this role, you can collaborate with globally renowned dining brands, the largest restaurant chains in Taiwan, and popular eateries. You'll work alongside our marketing team to leverage your creativity and social media insights to help achieve our marketing goals.

● 策略規劃: 透過資料蒐集,整理餐廳相關資訊,如用餐尖峰時段、季節菜單、餐廳創立初
衷等,為後續社群行銷提供基礎資料。
● 網紅媒合: 研究並分析網紅的貼文類型、受眾特性及文案風格,協助每月為餐廳進行網
紅媒合,達成最佳合作效果。
● 成效報告: 協助產出專案合作的結案報告,包含網紅體驗的貼文分析及相關成效數據。
● 社群運營: 協助經營官方 META 帳號,負責創作、撰寫及發布社群貼文,提升品牌曝光
及互動。
● 專案執行: 參與外部活動及品牌合作企劃,如:美食評鑑 500 盤合作、LVMH 集團旗旗
下香檳品牌 Moët & Chandon 合作等,推動專案順利執行。
【 What Will You Learn From This Role 】
● Strategic Planning: Research and organise restaurant information such as peak dining
times, seasonal menus, and the restaurant’s founding story to support future social
media marketing.
● Influencer Matching: Research and analyse influencers' post types, audience
characteristics, and writing styles. Assist in matching influencers with restaurants
every month to achieve optimal collaboration outcomes.
● Performance Reporting: Assist in producing analysis of influencer collaboration posts and related effectiveness data.
● Social Media Management: Support the management of official META accounts by creating, writing, and publishing social media posts to enhance brand exposure and engagement.
● Project Execution: Participate in projects, such as the 500 Dishes, Moët & Chandon x inline campaign...etc.
