Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with the executive to develop strategic HR initiatives that align with IDFL Asia's growth objectives.
2. Assist in analyzing and reporting on HR metrics and accounting data relevant to Asian operations.
3. Help organize and facilitate regional meetings, team-building events, and cultural initiatives to foster a positive work environment across Asian offices.
4. Act as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries from employees and managers in the Asia region, escalating complex issues to the executive when necessary.
