Job Description
√ Strategic HR Leadership:
Align HR strategies with global.
Provide strategic direction and leadership to the HR team to ensure effective delivery of HR services.
Lead the team to perform the role as HRBP and support BUs to achieve their business goals.
√ Compensation & Benefits:
Implement, and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract, retain, and motivate employees.
Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to ensure compensation and benefits are competitive and aligned with industry standards.
Oversee the administration of benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
√ Talent Acquisition and Management:
Lead the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent.
Develop and implement talent management and succession planning strategies.
Ensure effective onboarding and training programs to support employee development and engagement.
√ Employee Relations and Engagement:
Enhance employee engagement and sculpture the culture to meet the code of values.
Address employee concerns and grievances in a fair and timely manner.
Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance job satisfaction and retention.
√ Performance Management:
Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and development plans.
Ensure alignment of individual performance with organizational goals.
√ HR Policies and Compliance:
Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Monitor and manage HR metrics and reporting.
