Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Execute the sales strategy/plan to ensure the achievement of the annual sales target & market share expansion. Be responsible for achieving the sales target and key business index: sales volume, product mix, growth, and account receivable cage in the assigned service territory. Provide consulting regarding products/services to fulfill the needs of customers. Work with the relevant stakeholders to provide comprehensive technical solutions for customers. Collect & analyze product/market information & provide reference/suggestion to the PMM. Maintain customer relations, provide necessary daily support & solve problems where applicable. Co-work with other internal stakeholders to ensure timely order delivery to maximize sales. Manage sales quotes, commercial agreements, and other contractual-related activities. Ensure the accuracy of the sales forecasting data. Be accountable for data entry into the CRM to track business opportunities and sales performance through personal/team communication. Develop qualified CPs to cover market distribution in responsible sales territory and develop partnerships to achieve sustainable success. Mainly responsible for managing and helping CPs to work out monthly sell-through policy, monitor CPs stock management, market explore, service improvement, etc. Other tasks assigned by the reporting manager. Ability to lead and influence others toward common objectives as an individual contributor. Best-in-class presentation skills, with extensive experience presenting to C-suite leaders and other executive decision-makers. Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a high-growth environment with minimal supervision. Ability to distill complex sales objectives into comprehensive action plans. Ability to lead and influence across diverse geographical areas and cultural groups. Willingness and ability to use CRM to drive accountability around key business opportunities and success metrics. Educational/Certification Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or Marketing. Master's degree preferred. Experience Requirement: Work Experience: Ten (10) or more years of progressive sales and/or sales management experience in the Petrochemical /Chemical and Semiconductor industry Is a must. 5-8 years Semiconductor industry experience required, petrochemical/chemical is a plus

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for production quantity and quality. 2. Responsible for establishing and enforcing a production schedule. 3. Insure all production areas are staffed properly. 4. Work with the commercial group to address customer issues and get them resolved in a timely manner. 5. Have bi weekly meetings with site technicians and discuss production issues – equipment issues, safety related issues, production schedule conflicts, facility issues. 6. Work with the Production Manager and HR to address all HR related issues. 7. Review training records for yearly training requirements of all the production technicians and coordinate training schedules with Operations training supervisor. 8. Completion of the monthly manages tracking matrix and performing monthly assessments of the data with suggested corrective actions. 9. Monthly completion of the technicians performance matrix for the established quarterly bonus program. 10. Assist in the environmental compliance requirements and associated documentations.
