Preferred candidates should have relevant experience in DFM (Design for Manufacturing), as well as a proven track record of past manufacturing projects involving plastics, metals and secondary surface finishes for consumer and/or light industrial electronic products. Titoma's engineering organization is relatively flat, so we are seeking team players who elevate a project's success through positive cooperation with colleagues. 【Job Responsibilities】 • Design and review 2D and 3D mechanical drawings. • Manage the processes of mold outsourcing, mold opening, and mold testing. • Resolve mechanical issues arising during mass production. • Work closely with our tooling providers to ensure parts comply with client requirements for tolerances, surface finish, color, gloss & grain. • Coaching & Training of Junior Colleagues to build team strength • Coordinate the production, testing, analysis, and improvement of products. • Lead trial production reviews and design modifications. • Assist in resolving mechanical issues in mass production and manufacturing processes. • Handle product development design and address anomalies during mass production. • Assess the feasibility of mold opening and be familiar with DFM reports. • Maintain quality system documentation for your projects. • Maintain accurate departmental documents and data for your projects. • Create and manage product engineering technical documents. • Utilize Jira on a daily basis to track and maintain task status • Assist in defining the quality requirements of the mechanical parts we design and manufacture 我們上下班不打卡，員工都是自律的正常上下班；工作環境及氣氛良好。 對於想要增加語言能力及了解英語工作環境的工作者，都非常的歡迎。 https://www.titoma.com/
