An independent company backed by a big global group On 30 October 2012, the APC Group was acquired by the Tokyo-based global logistics company Nippon Express. This was a milestone for APC, whose history as an independent freight forwarder goes back to the late 1990s. The acquisition meant that we could continue to operate independently but now with a big global owner backing our growth ambitions. APC’s trademark has always been a strong customer focus with a high degree of personal service from our experienced and knowledgeable employees.
