此職務需求為高雄富邦人壽凹子底捷運站旁開發案
(Samsung C&T Corporation-宏昇營造公司 JV)
1. Performing the periodic budget analysis, preparing the cost reports, conducting
the contingency analysis.
進行定期預算分析，準備成本報告，進行偶然性分析。
2. Managing any budget shifts that result from contingency reallocation, overall cost.
管理因緊急重新分配而產生的任何預算變化，專案的總體成本。
3. Monitoring, analysis, trending, and forecasting activities on the project.
監控、分析、趨勢和預測本專案相關進度執行。
4. Develops recommendations for corrective actions to maintain or improve project
performance, and developing
提出修正或建議，以維持或改進專案績效。
5. Maintaining, and reporting cash flow information.
統整與報告現金流資訊。
6. Interacts with other members of the project team and the Client as necessary to
develop the data required to accurately construct and report cash flow.
根據需要與專案團隊其他成員和客戶溝通，以提供報告現金流量所需的數據。
