此職務需求為高雄富邦人壽凹子底捷運站旁開發案
(Samsung C&T Corporation-宏昇營造公司 JV)
1. Review the Prime Contract for risks and flowdown requirements, and ensure that
any requirements are incorporated into appropriate Contracts and Purchase
Orders.
審查主契约的風險和流程要求，並確保將任何要求納入適當的契约和採購訂單
2. Monitoring and report on any changing project circumstances that may require
changes or additions to the project’s insurance and bond coverage.
監控並報告任何變化的項目情況，這些情況可能需要更改或增加項目的保險和保證金範
圍。
3.Manage a staff of contract personnel and coordinate with sales, engineering,
project management, project controls, site management as well as the client to
ensure proper contracting effort in accordance with Samsung practices.
管理合約人員並與銷售、工程、專案管理、專案控制、現場管理以及客戶進行協調，以
確保按照三星慣例進行適當的合約工作。
4.Interface with engineering, project and client personnel at the site and HQ.
與現場和總部的工程、專案和客戶人員進行溝通。
5.Perform all facets of post award contract management.

6.Administer changes to contracts, including claims resolution.
管理合約變更，包括索賠解決。
7.Interface with internal and external management with respect to project
contracting activities.
與項目承包活動方面的內部和外部管理層進行溝通。
13.Monitor performance of the project contract activities.
監控專案合約活動的績效。
