Job Description
Responsibilities:
1.Identifying, networking, and building relationships with new prospects.
2.Proactively exploring new business opportunities within the given market.
3.Developing and analyzing vertical markets along with strategies to tackle them.
4.Understanding client needs and providing custom-tailored solutions, and showcasing the value of our products and services.
5.Delivering presentations and product demonstration at local and international trade shows, seminars, and conferences.
6.Conducting regular market research to ensure our strategies are in line with the current market situation and future trend.
7.Strategic business planning to help determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
8.Being able to work independently.
9.Performing other duties as required.
Qualifications
1.At least 3-5 years’ experience in international business development and solution selling.
2.Strong experience and knowledge in the selling of telecommunication, video conferencing, audio visual and/or corporate products and solutions.
3.Strong lead generation and effective lead filtering skills.
4.Proven spoken and written skills in English required, other language(s) is a plus.
5.Proven track record in B2B sales and/or business development, preferably within the AV and/or IT fields.
6.Have had experience in project pipeline management, setting sales target, managing sales leads conversation rate, revenue growth and extensive market research.
7.Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment and independently. Results-focused, team-oriented and a strong work ethic.
8.Extensive travel is a requirement of this position.
