職務内容
Position description:
OE Team is under the managing of Vietnam Manufacturing GM and is tasks with cross facilities and departments projects to improve the overall Vietnam manufacturing process. The success candidate is expected to work with respective HODs to complete the project in a most efficient way.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate internal resources.
2. Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
3. Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
4. Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
5. Report and escalate to management as needed.
Tasks:
• Coordinating departments and internal resources.
• Help define project scope, goals and deliverables.
• Managing project progress and adapt work as required.
• Create a project schedule and timeline.
• Optimizing and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary.
• Evaluate and assess the result of the project.
• Present to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutions
