職務内容
工作內容:
1. 負責外送騎士招募營運流程，包括資料審查、通知、檢核，及申請流程優化。
2. 執行外送騎士合作流程專案，處理入職/離職流程、培訓、報酬與保險審核。
3. 透過多種管道 (含電話、線上文字或信件)，引導外送騎士上線及追蹤表現。
4. 持續優化外送騎士招募、培訓管道與日常營運流程。
5. 協助其他主管交辦營運相關事項。
具備條件:
1. 至少 1 年以上外送 (司機) 夥伴管理、物流營運經驗，具外送平台、快商務平台工作經驗者尤佳。
2. 熟悉外送 (司機) 夥伴招募、管理流程和方法，能夠迅速適應外送平台的工作環境。
3. 具有良好的溝通協調能力和同理心，保持解決問題的好奇心。
4. 擁有優秀的數據分析能力，能利用系統操作和數據優化營運流程。
工具技能:
1. 必要：Google 線上工具 (Docs, Sheets, Slides)、MS Office 文書作業 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
2. 加分技能：流程圖製作工具 (Flow chart)

"As a Logistics Specialist, Rider Recruitment,
You Will Do:
1. Manage the fleet recruitment process for foodomo riders, including onboarding review, verification, and process optimization.
2. Execute projects related to rider recruitment, handling onboarding/offboarding, training, compensation, and insurance audits.
3. Guide riders through various channels (phone, online messaging, or email) to ensure successful onboarding and track performance.
4. Continuously optimize rider recruitment, training channels, and daily operational.
5. Assist other managers in handling operational tasks as assigned.
What You Will Need:
1. 1+ year experience in riders (driver) recruitment and logistics operations, experienced with delivery platforms or Q-commerce.
2. Familiar with rider (driver) recruitment and management, capable of adapting to the dynamics of a delivery platform.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, maintaining empathy and a curiosity-driven approach to problem-solving.
4. Excellent data analysis skills, capable of utilizing system operations and data to optimize operational processes.
