職務内容
1. Understand distributor/ customer and business needs to cross-sell and up-sell the company's products.
2. Coordinate with other company personnel such as the support team and management team to deliver and meet customer/ partner expectations.
3. Negotiating contracts with key Distributor clients and meet established deadlines for the fulfillment of each client's short and long-term goals.
4. Coordinate with other sales channels to avoid any potential conflicts and to smoothen things when necessary.
5. Manage funnels, forecast, and seize sales opportunities on a growth oriented bases.
6. Drive and manage sales and marketing campaigns for overseas distributors.
7. Networking with Distribution and retail channels of the Sports Industry in South east Asia.
8. Expediting orders through internal liaison.
9. Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments.
10. Identifying new products to add to those on offer.
-Operate and develop business in looking for new distributor/ clients in respective regions, assist in communication and business discussion with overseas companies-
Made annual budget and implemented the plan; Track and manage the process control of all business executions.
-Provide products development direction and market analysis on periodical basis.
-Cross departmental communication and cooperation at all levels.
-Sourcing suitable suppliers based on customer's inquiry and orders, Being expertise in product development, costing, production planning, work with clients, suppliers, and production factories.
