職務内容
· Strategy Development: Develop and implement the e-commerce strategy to maximize revenue and meet business objectives.
· Website Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of the e-commerce website, ensuring functionality, user experience, and performance.
· Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute online marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, PPC, and content marketing.
· Sales Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends to make data-driven decisions.
· Customer Experience: Enhance the customer journey from online discovery to purchase, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement.
· Inventory Management: Coordinate with the inventory and logistics teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
· Vendor Relations: Manage relationships with third-party vendors, payment gateways, and other partners.
· Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, website analytics, and other key metrics.
