Job Description:
1. FEA software operation (Familiar with DYNA and ANSYS is better). Mechanical background.
2. Work with test lab for verification the FEA result.
3. Analyze integrity and functionality of new designs and optimizes accordingly.
4. Work with design engineer of materials, products and processes from concept to product production.
5. Development of prototype CAE models, prototype assessment and simulation. Control and maintain analysis records.
6. Evaluate new and existing manufacturing processes as related to current and future designs.
Required Skills:
CAE Software (LS-Dyna, ANSYS Mechanical, Hypermesh), CAD (Pro/E, Catia)
Education Background:
Mechanical related bachelor's degree
Experience required:
•Over 6 months experiences with 3D CAE models building, setting, result interpretation and other necessary documentation meet the standards for CAE model establishment is better.
•Experience in mechanical or electro-mechanical design is better.
•Knowing well materials applications such as thermoplastics, metals, heat treatment, metal casting, plating metal stamping is better.
•Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel literate
•English language fluency, 50% spoken, 90% written•
