We are seeking a talented and experienced individual to join our team as a Digitalization and Automation Manager for our chemical manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate will have a background in Electrical and Control Engineering or a related engineering fields, with a minimum of 8 years relevant experience and 3 years of people management experience. Fluency in spoken and written English is required for effective communication within our multinational team. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, with a proven track record of managing and optimizing control, instrumentation, and automation systems in an industrial setting.
Your Role
Oversee the management and optimization of plant-wide electrical, instrument, control system, and automation within the chemical manufacturing plant.
Lead a team of professionals including electrical, instrument, control and automation to ensure the reliable and efficient operation of all systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and improve existing systems.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance system safety, reliability, and performance.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
Who You Are
Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Control Engineering, or a related engineering field.
Minimum of 8 years relevant experience and 3 years of people management experience.
Proficiency in spoken and written English.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
Experiences in data analytics, programming is a plus.
Self-motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
