The Role We're looking for an Operations Analyst who will work to define, improve, and execute Operations processes and procedures. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role will be a driving force to monitor the transaction flow to maintain great efficiency, security and transparency and delivery speed You'll be working closely with the EMQ team to deliver a world-class operations experience for a globally distributed customer base. What You'll Be Doing... • Work with EMQ's Network team for new business pay-in/pay-out partner integrations and onboarding. • Define the operational processes and develop, optimize, and execute daily operational procedures • Reconciliation from business partner's report; answer settlement inquiry if any; And provide high quality of customer service and solutions to the customers issue through various channels • Analyze on potential issues on transaction level and collaborate with Product Management /Engineering Teams for system testing or optimization of OPS-related functions and propose possible solutions. • Troubleshoot system issues/ abnormal transactions with AWS Amazon Cloudwatch or other analysis tools. • Preparation of weekly or monthly reports per requests from internal or external stakeholders • Transaction-related data analysis per internal requirements What We're Looking For... • Bachelor degree or diploma; relevant experience in a similar role as well as basic knowledge of JSON, XML, and API - a strong plus • Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in banking operations or Fintech • Familiar with Word/Excel function; Zendesk (customer service system) experience would be advantageous • Open to learn new things with the ability to learn various operations system and tools quickly; not afraid of stepping outside your comfort zone if necessary • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with an attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment • Detail-oriented, self-disciplined, can work independently and under pressure, a quick learner • Ability to craft responses and action plans to meet our customers' requirements • Proficiency in English ( both written and spoken) is required • Able to work on weekends and public holidays based on shift roster schedule

The Role We're looking for a junior financial analyst to join EMQ's Finance & Accounting team and support our growing transaction volume and related processes. As a financial analyst, you will handle payments and cash-related transactions, such as daily bank reconciliation and bookkeeping on bank entries; in addition to various finance projects. What The Day Will Look Like • Handle high-value transactions daily via cash payments and credit cards. Issue receipts, refunds, and credits • Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports of transactions. • Cash receipt and Accounts receivable reconciliation • Monitor and manage company bank account and cash flow • Prepare daily/weekly/monthlybank balance reports and credit card receipts; track transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies. • Assist in managing various account receivable accounts, liaise with external agencies and perform fund transfer to other accounts. • Support daily cashier process, escalate issues and liaise with bank partners to ensure all transactions are in accordance to the operation procedures. Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent professional certificate. • At least 2 years of relevant experience in cash management, experience in the banking/finance industry will be an added advantage. • Recent graduates with a degree in Accounting or Finance, and a keen interest in Fintech are encouraged to apply. • Ability to multi-task and meet assigned deadlines • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Detail oriented and strong problem-solving skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel. • Fluency in English is required. What You'll Be Doing... • Perform treasury activities related to cash flow, borrowings, debt, and capital management. • Manage, optimize, and execute foreign exchange trades including FX market analysis, pricing, negotiation, and risk monitoring. • Provide cash flow projections and ensures adequate projected liquidity for all company bank accounts. • Participate in the technical and operational implementation of our Treasury Management System and other related systems projects.
