擔任門市行政客服人員(工作地點於公司辦公室),負責處理顧客和賣家的各種問題和需求。

【工作資訊】
地點: (近捷運市政府站)台北市信義區
- 時段: 14:30-23:30
- 時間: 不需輪班 / 需排休
- 薪資: 32,000 - 38,000/月(另加晚班津貼250/天),起薪最少37000以上
【工作內容】
1. 回答和解決顧客和賣家在智取門市遇到的問題,包括系統操作引導和辨識系統異常情況。
2. 理解顧客和賣家的需求,提供產品和流程的反饋建議,並與不同部門協作和溝通。
3. 處理爭議案件,啟動調查流程,保障各方權益,並跟進案件進度並進行妥善處理。
4. 根據顧客諮詢案件資訊改善智取門市相關服務流程。
5. 處理來自蝦皮客服、退貨退款團隊和BD OPS 團隊轉介的客戶問題,確保問題在時效內解決,提升用戶服務體驗。
