BASIC FUNCTIONS Reporting to General Manager, K&B Taiwan, Sales Supervisor- e-Commerce, K&B Taiwan is responsible for e-Commerce operations and reporting for the Taiwan market. The role will work with local marketing & sales teams and regional teams closely to ensure smooth e-Commerce operations and drive sell-in and sell-out results in Taiwan. The incumbent will also need to consolidate sales data and marketing data that will be used to improve both financial results and consumer experience. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES - Work on ecommerce operations, including product listing, inventory monitor, promotion setting, customer queries, competitor analysis, for multiple ecommerce platforms in the Taiwan market - Establish and maintain relationship with e-marketplace in order to get marketing resources and support to drive performance for KOHLER stores. - Manage and operate Kohler e-shop and work with KEC showroom online/ off line sales and DTC business approach model. - Ensure distributor stock and fulfill SKUs as per listed on e-commerce channels or according to promotion plans. - e-Commerce content creation and ensure a high level of accuracy - Drive and deliver sell-in and sell-out according to business objectives - Collaborate with regional marketing team to drive KPIs and liaise Taiwan team and resources internally and externally. - Prepare regular sales reports and data analysis RELATIONSHIPS AND CONTACTS - Reports to General Manager, K&B Taiwan - Frequently contacts with the local marketing and sales teams - Frequent contacts with regional digital marketing team and distributor personnel - Frequent contacts with third-party e-tailers EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS - At least 5 years of sales/marketing experience including over 3 years in ecommerce - Upbeat with the sensitivity to keep abreast of the last trend in digital and e-commerce - Good language capability in both English and Chinese - Good stakeholder management - Detail oriented, open-minded, fast learner - Candidates with less experience will be considered for Executive/Senior Executive positions
