Plan, organize, and execute various events, including but not limited to pop up events, meet & greet events 2. Collaborate with clients to understand their event objectives, preferences, and requirements 3. Handle client inquiries, changes, and concerns throughout the planning process and during events 4. Create and manage detailed event timelines, ensuring all elements are executed smoothly 5. Oversee event setup, breakdown, and logistics to ensure a flawless experience 6. Manage event budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effectiveness 7. Provide leadership and direction to event staff, including coordinators and support personnel 8. Conduct post-event evaluations, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement 9. Administers all phases of the event department, including but not limited to sales, planning, marketing, servicing, and administrative procedures 10. Other matters assigned by the supervisor
