Key Responsibilities: * Review and evaluate thermal design for compliance with technology, development guidelines and standards; provides tangible feedback to improve product quality * Responsible for system level thermal design focusing on liquid cooling as well as system level control logic * Conduct design reviews with cross-functional teams and suppliers. Adhere to robust design methodologies for successful product execution. * Conduct feasibility design study and empirical testing for new or modified design optimization and validation * Provide design risk assessments, mitigation plans, and development lessons learned. * Lead thermal related failure analysis, provide solutions and work with suppliers for implementation * Manage relationships with internal and outsourced development partners on thermal design and development * Drive innovation and integration of new technologies into projects and activities in the thermal design organization. Key Qualification: * Possess knowledge of thermal theory, manufacturing technologies and fundamental server architect. * Strong analytical skills and ability to guide critical decisions. * Possess good knowledge of liquid cooling (technical expert). * 8 years+ experience of Thermal design (work experience in server and/or thermal solution companies is plus. * Good written/verbal communications skills in English.
