Roles and Responsibilities： 1. Responsible for the planning and / or preparation and execution of commissioning, trial run, acceptance testing for Mechanical systems of Combined Cycle Power Plant 2. Carry out safe commissioning activities during the construction phase of power plant, i.e. start-up, testing 3. Manage, perform, coordinate and monitor the commissioning of the power plant Systems by arrangement with the Commissioning Lead/ Manager 4. Facilitate the turnover of systems from erection to commissioning and from commissioning to customer in accordance with project requirements and work instruction by arrangement with the Commissioning Lead/ Manager 5. Ensure the commissioning, operation, maintenance, quality and feedback record documentation is issued.

Responsible for activities related to the construction, building and commissioning on customer site, from site mobilization, through civil, erection and commissioning work, as well as management activities related to this scope. Impacts departmental operations and responsible for planning/execution. The role has some autonomy but is focused on execution of activities within an operating discipline covered by standard functional practices and procedures. Role Summary You are part of the GPS Asia Projects Sourcing team and assist/support specific projects, the management and timely delivery of all direct procurement of major Power Plant Equipment’s. You are a member of the Sourcing team and reports in the project team directly to the Project Manager/Project Director. You would be the main point of contact in the project for all matters related to procurement and will liaise as with all sub-functions within the Sourcing department. Along with Project Procurement activities, You will also support Project Tendering requirements on providing sourcing inputs to tendering in terms on budgeting and equipment's costings and facilitate the team in winning the tenders. Roles and Responsibilities： 1. Ensures a smooth hand-over of Supply Chain Management related scope between Tender Team and Project Execution Team. Reviews and updates the purchasing strategy 2. Verifies Project Cost Data Base, Division of Work and ensures consistency between sourcing concept and project documents 3.
