Main Objectives of the Job A Linguist is a position that maintains the highest quality of subtitles. Bespoke Lab’s Linguists not only manage or oversee a simple editing process of the translation, but they also strive to fully deliver the originality of the content during the localization process. Bespoke Lab’s Linguists are independent language experts who have a deep understanding of the content they work on and strictly provide only high-quality subtitles in the target language to ensure that the viewers will not face any difficulty in understanding the translated content. Linguists also reflect the standard of subtitles in the localization industry and are flexible to meet the clients' needs. Chinese Linguists must have a very good command of both traditional Chinese, simplified Chinese, and English at the level of a native speaker and have excellent linguistic flair. 工作內容 1. 品質控管 - 修正字幕出現的錯誤，如文法、誤譯、不一致、時間軸等問題 - 確保雙關語、慣用語、特殊詞彙之翻譯準確性，使閱讀繁中字幕之觀眾能夠理解 2. 字幕編審 - 在不改變原文語意的前提下，以客戶要求之格式編審各類型電影和影集的中文字幕 - 須熟悉如何正確查詢資料 3. 提供回饋意見 - 評估譯者測試結果，訓練譯者並提供翻譯品質回饋意見 - 根據客戶回饋意見修改字幕，改善品質 4. 檔案管理 - 有效率管理字幕檔案，關注線上字幕作業平台的更新版本
