Principal Accountabilities: 1.The routine daily work for office administration. 2.Proficient in operating SAP system. 3.Responsible for receptionist work and express delivery arrangements. 4.Purchasing for office stationery. 5.Strong communication skills with the third parties for office business. 6.Coordination and cooperation with other internal departments to ensure smoothly operation. 7.Benefits arrangement for all staff. 8.Work with the agent on monthly payroll calculation. 9.Support and assist other employees’ work if necessary. 10.Other tasks arranged by Asian GM. Note: This role can be full-time or part-time job.
