Role & Responsibilities: • Assist in planning and executing full spectrum of marketing plans, budget management and strategies development • Plan and implement brand communication and IMC campaign for NPD/EPD launch, including both ATL and BTL activations • Lead CRM programs including daily maintenance and initiatives to drive member contribution and growth • Manage social media platform and brand website with regular updates • Provide market intelligence & consumer insight with regular competition updates • Work closely with cross-functional team to ensure smooth brand operation and deliver successful launch and promotions • Manage and monitor A&CP spending • Participate in ad-hoc assignments as required Requirements: • Minimum degree in Business Management, Marketing or relevant specialization • At least 3-5 years of end-to-end marketing and brand management experience or relevant field. FMCG, Luxury, Beauty industry is preferred • Proven track record of successful IMC launch campaign and CRM program • Excellent multi-project management, problem-solving and analytical skills • Entrepreneurial/agile mindset; attentive to detail and drive execution excellence; able to mobilize cross-functional team and delivery result in timely manner • Proficiency in MS Office (especially in Excel & PowerPoint) • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
