1. 輸入、處理並追蹤客戶訂單，並將訂單資料存檔備份。 2. 保持與客戶間之聯繫，回覆e-mail，並確認交貨期。 3. 提供出貨文件，協助業務人員控管出貨，並處理進出口事宜。 4. 定期提供業務銷售狀況報表，以供業務人員或主管參考。 5. 協助業務人員處理銷售業務相關之公司內部行政作業。 6. 協助業務人員整理客戶資料（如：公司基本資料、交易記錄、問題處理狀況）。

1. 熟悉工業電腦與網通資安產品ODM 合作模式 2. 訂單處理及出貨安排 3. 協助呆料處理及轉賣 4. 客供料盤點處理 5. 更新Long L/T & Key part 料件清單

1.與採購與生管部門共同掌握缺料狀況與交期 2.協調生產部門達到每日最大產出 3.每周整理料件缺料與可交訂單數量報表，以供業務主管提交客戶。 4.協調各部門解決影響出貨的問題 5.提供客戶有關料件資料訊息
