Job Description
內場正職
1.負責食材準備、成本控制、食材貯存管理、採購、食材製前準備、擺盤及裝飾、叫貨切菜切肉等職務。
2.負責內場清潔與整理、設備使用管理與維護。
3.負責研發新產品與烹飪並熟悉食材營養知識與性質。
外場正職
1.外場服務〈代位，介紹菜單，送餐加湯，收桌〉
2.櫃台〈結帳，接電話〉
3.外場環境清潔
