/ 關於 客服專員 這個職位 /
Zenyum台灣正在尋找 Customer Care Executive 加入我們的團隊。希望通過建立台灣最具魅力和最佳轉化率的組織，確保我們的顧客在提及 Zenyum 時總是面帶微笑。
/ 工作內容 /
• 為Zenyum隱形牙套的新舊客戶提供個別的客戶關懷（透過文字及電話溝通）。
• 引導新客戶完成規劃好的治療計劃。
• 透過Zenyum手機app，成為客戶問題的主要聯繫者。
• 確認客戶上傳至Zenyum手機app的定期齒況照片。
• 向客戶銷售Zenyum公司的維持器及相關牙齒保健產品。
＊可協助申辦工作證。
/ 需求條件 /
• 具備中文、英文以及粵語能力，並能夠流暢與客戶溝通。
• 擁有1～2年的相關客戶服務經驗。
• 以客戶服務為導向，喜歡與他人進行交流。
• 能充分理解客戶需求，並提出解決方案來滿足客戶。
• 優秀的時間管理和人際交流能力。
• 有銷售經驗為優，但非必須。
