We are looking for a Finance Manager with an international perspective or a willingness to grow towards internationalization. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the company and providing strategic financial guidance to senior management. This is a critical role that requires strong financial analysis, forecasting, and planning skills. In addition to this, our Finance Manager should be able to grasp our business model and financial operations, and have the ability to articulate our business in tandem with financial insights to shareholders (You may not have relevant experience, but you are eager to progress and take on this challenge).

Job Description:
• Manage the company's financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing timely and accurate financial reports to CEO.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support business decision-making.
• Provide strategic financial recommendations to CEO and business managers based on analysis and insights.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Oversee financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Manage cash flow and optimize working capital to support business operations.
• Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement financial strategies to achieve company goals.
• Conduct financial analysis for investment opportunities and potential mergers and acquisitions.
• Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to the Board of Directors and stakeholders.
• Ensure proper financial controls are in place to safeguard company assets.
• Lead the annual audit process and coordinate with external auditors.
• Stay updated on financial industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
