職務描述
UnaBiz is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Controller to oversee our company's finance and accounting operations. The Financial Controller will be responsible for managing the accounting team, developing financial strategies, and ensuring the financial health of our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, experience in internal control and financial management, and a deep understanding of accounting principles and regulations.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee and perform the global consolidation function and supervise accounting monthly closing process in accordance with IFRS.
• Perform FP&A and prepare management ad-hoc report and analysis on monthly closing basis.
• Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations and responsible for Corporate Income Tax, Value Added Tax, Withholding Payments, Income Tax, Goods and Services Tax, etc.
• Implement and ensure adherence to internal financial and accounting policies and procedures.
• Prepare budgets & monitor expenditures, perform variance analysis and present forecasting of medium and long-term funding. That help to optimize spending and enhance efficiency.
• Daily cash positioning and rolling cash flow forecasting; In-house banking; FX and settlement; bank account management, and Ensure relevant compliance on local statutory.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and negotiate with clients in non-payment cases.
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages professional growth.
• Provide strategic recommendations to the group financial director and executive management team.
• Liaise with external auditors and manage the audit process.
• HR related function and wage calculation.
Requirements and skills;
• Excellent communication skills, a good team player and able to motivate self and others.
• Detail orientated, Well-organized and reliable with the problem-solving attitude.
• BSc/MSc in finance, accounting or relevant field.
• Excellent analytical skills along with the ability to create and present detailed reports.
• Ability to Streamline financial and administration processes to gain greater transparency and efficiency.
• Business level English communication skill and experience in multi-culture environment.
• Deep understanding in compliance requirement and sound knowledge of IFRS accounting fundamentals.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot table and macros; working knowledge of Netsuite is a plus.
