Job Description
工作內容
1. 設計、開發和維護BI解決方案，使用工具如Power BI、Tableau或其他相關工具。
2. 整合多種數據源並進行數據清理、轉換和加載（ETL）。
3. 創建並管理數據倉庫，確保數據的準確性和一致性。
4. 開發可視化報表和儀表板，幫助業務部門理解數據驅動的見解。
5. 使用Power Automate設計和部署自動化工作流程，優化和簡化日常業務流程。
6. 與業務部門合作，了解其需求，並將其轉化為技術規格和解決方案。
7. 維護和更新BI系統，確保其高效運行和安全性。
工作條件
1. 計算機科學、資訊技術、數據科學或相關領域的學士學位。
2. 具BI工具（如Power BI、Tableau）的實際工作經驗。
3. 熟悉數據庫（如SQL Server、MySQL）及數據倉庫技術。
4. 熟悉Microsoft Power Platform，特別是Power Automate的使用和實施。
5. 優秀的數據分析和解決問題的能力，能夠提供實用的業務見解。
6. 具備良好的溝通能力，能夠與技術和非技術人員有效協作。
7. 有零售相關經驗者尤佳。
8. 熟悉敏捷開發方法論者優先。
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or other relevant software.
2. Integrate multiple data sources and perform data cleansing, transformation, and loading (ETL).
3. Create and manage data warehouses, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
4. Develop visual reports and dashboards to help business units understand data-driven insights.
5. Design and deploy automated workflows using Power Automate to optimize and streamline daily business processes.
6. Collaborate with business units to understand their needs and translate them into technical specifications and solutions.
7. Maintain and update BI systems to ensure they run efficiently and securely.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
2. Hands-on experience with BI tools (such as Power BI, Tableau).
3. Familiarity with databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL) and data warehouse technologies.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform, particularly in the use and implementation of Power Automate.
5. Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills with the ability to provide actionable business insights.
6. Strong communication skills, capable of collaborating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
7.Retail experience is a plus
8. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
