Job Summary:

The Order Management Specialist role involves fulfilling software, service, and training orders from entry through to invoicing. This individual is also tasked with generating system reports that cover the status of orders, customer details, and other key indicators of order fulfillment processes. The position demands the ability to work independently, managing priorities and time effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

•Enter and review sales orders for products and/or services in accordance with company policies and procedures.

•Review and complete sales order packages for accuracy, errors, and omissions in conjunction with TXOne's revenue recognition policies.

•Ensure order processing is handled in a timely manner for regions after logistics document collections are complete.

•Maintain information detailing the status of orders received for processing.

•Resolve discrepancies and order issues across departments promptly to meet processing metrics.

•Research and address customer questions/issues when necessary

•Actively participate in the resolution of complex order issues/problems with management as necessary.

•Gather, maintain, and properly file internal and external correspondence as it relates to all sales orders.

•Update and save related files in the system and cloud.

•Collaborate with supply chain and 3PL warehouses to address item shortages and achieve delivery targets.

•Assist with system online testing and create an effective workflow for teamwork.

•Familiarity with logistics processes, Incoterms, and global trade compliance is a plus.
