★Unlock Your Potential: Embark on a Management Trainee Journey★
▲Job brief
We are looking for management trainees to help us develop and implement our growth strategies.
During your traineeship, you'll dive deep into the day-to-day workings of each department, from marketing to sales, and gain a comprehensive understanding of how the company functions. To succeed in this role, strong analytical skills and effective communication are important management trainee qualifications you should have.
▲Duties & Responsibilities
1. Understand each department's (e.g. Marketing, Sales) daily processes and goals.
2. Support managers with various tasks (e.g. market and feasibility analyses).
3. Help managers complete daily tasks (e.g. data tracking, performance evaluation).
4. Provide administrative support (e.g. data entry).
5. Help managers in evaluating performance (e.g. writing reports, analyzing data).
6. Research ways to increase profitability and lower risk.
7. Create and give presentations.
▲Requirements and skills
1. Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office.
2. Strong verbal and written presentation skills.
3. Good command of written and spoken English ( TOEIC 880+ or IELTS 6.5+).
4. Effective communication skills.
▲Pluses (not required)
1. Experience in management or relevant field (e.g. Sales, Customer Services, etc.)
2. A Master's degree
