【Purpose】
We are looking for an ERP Business Analyst who will be responsible for analyzing and enhancing the organization’s ERP applications. By collaborating with cross-functional teams, this position ensures that the ERP solutions align with business goals and processes, facilitating efficient operations and informed decision-making.
【Key Responsibilities】
1. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document detailed requirements for ERP applications, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
2. Evaluate existing business processes to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
3. Support change management initiatives related to ERP system updates and enhancements, ensuring smooth transitions for users and processes.
4. Serve as the primary point of contact between IT or development teams and business stakeholders, facilitating communication and understanding of business needs.
5. Work closely with IT and development teams to facilitate the successful implementation of ERP solutions and troubleshoot any system-related issues.
6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in ERP systems, recommending innovative solutions that drive organizational growth and improve system performance.
7. Analyze system performance metrics and user feedback to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for enhancements in ERP functionality.
8. Develop and oversee regular reporting on ERP system reliability, security, and efficiency, ensuring stakeholders are informed of system performance.
9. Assist in training users on ERP applications, providing ongoing support to ensure effective utilization of the system.
10. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and process maps, to provide clear guidance for ERP implementation and maintenance.
