《About this Role》
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Field Applications Engineer (FAE) specializing in Wireless Connectivity to join our UltronSMART team. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in wireless technologies such as Wi-Fi, BLE, Zigbee, and more. As a FAE will support and guide our customers in implementing our IoT solutions.
In FAE this role, you will serve as the crucial link between our solutions and first-line support for customers, providing timely and precise assistance to address user concerns effectively. FAE will understand customer needs, create software solutions, present them to customers, and ensure their acceptance. FAE will play a pivotal role in handling technical challenges, fostering seamless team communication, and integrating customer feedback to optimize and enhance our products and services. By working closely with our internal technical team, FAE will ensure that proposed solutions align with our company's capabilities and are delivered to customers in a timely and cost-effective manner.
《About Responsibilities》
[提供技術支援]
提供售前和售後技術支持給客戶和合作夥伴，包括故障排除、問題解決和系統整合協助。
Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customers and partners, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and system integration assistance.
[參與客戶市場開發]
與業務部門合作，向客戶說明、展示、提議和說服最符合其需求的解決方案。
Collaborate with the sales representative to present, demonstrate, propose, and persuade customers on solutions that best meet their needs. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, acting as their primary technical contact and advocate within the company.
[技術開發專案管理]
與內部技術開發團隊合作，確保提議的解決方案能夠及時且成本效益地交付。
Work closely with the internal technical development team to ensure proposed solutions are delivered promptly and cost-effectively.
[產品技術問題解決]
處理來自前線客戶服務成員的後送升級工單，調查根本原因、即時解決問題，並防止問題重複發生。
Handle escalated tickets from frontline customer service members, investigate root causes, promptly resolve issues, and prevent recurrence.
[客戶服務團隊培訓]
向前線客戶服務成員提供指導，並就新產品或服務推出進行培訓，貢獻於內部知識庫並協助培訓資料的開發。
Provide guidance to frontline customer service members and conduct training on new product or service launches, contribute to internal knowledge base, and assist in training material development.
[建制技術文件]
創建和維護技術文檔，包括應用說明、用戶指南和最佳實踐，以幫助客戶有效使用我們的產品。
Create and maintain technical documentation, including application notes, user guides, and best practices, to assist customers in using our products effectively.
[持續學習新技術]
