OVERVIEW
Responsible for overseeing all business process of a company's goods or services. Ensures that business runs smoothly, meets quality standards, and is completed within the set timeframe and budget.
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Responsible for profit and loss of the accounts under his/her care and actively involved in regional roll out of key accounts operation where necessary.
2. Planning, Scheduling & Reporting
• Responsible for the coordination of all warehousing and distribution functions, including inventory, physical distribution, maintenance, record-keeping, traffic scheduling etc.
• Responsible for the optimum use of storage space and store layout in the warehouse and for customer’s stock inventory records to be kept accurate and up to date.
• Develop, implement business schedules to meet customer demands and deadlines.
• Coordinate with various functional departments across borders and Corporate HQ to ensure the availability of key resources.
• Provide monthly management reports on overall performance against agreed objectives in the areas of warehouse utilization, stock movements of customers and other matters relating to warehousing and distribution.
3. Team Management
• Responsible for staff discipline to upkeep company service level and corporate image while facilitating effective training & development for operations personnel.
• Supervise and lead team, including training, performance evaluation, and disciplinary actions when necessary.
• Motivate, inspire team to achieve business goals and improve productivity.
4. Customer Management
• Develop and maintain a high standard of customer service and satisfaction.
• Attends to customers’ enquiries and adopt a proactive approach to minimize complaints.
• Drive positive customer experiences to increase customer loyalty.
• Explore business opportunities with existing customer and their suppliers / clients as a lead for further development by sales and marketing staff.
5. Quality Control
• Establish and enforce quality standards and procedures.
• Inspect and monitor production output to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
6. Cost Management
• Control area costs by optimizing resource utilization and minimizing idle capacity.
• Analyse and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
7. Process Improvement
• Continuously evaluate and improve business processes to increase efficiency and reduce bottlenecks.
• Implement new technologies and methods to enhance productivity.
• Conduct relevant operation audit and provide advice, striving for continuous improvement towards Operations Excellence.
8. Inventory Management
• Keep accurate client’s inventory records and zero-defect delivery requirements.
9. Vendor Management
• Manage any vendor(s) in effective manner, to assess vendor to ensure meeting of YCH standards, in accordance to any Service Level Agreement (SLA) terms and conditions.
10. Communication and Collaboration
• Liaise with other functional departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Report business progress and issues to upper management.

o 負責倉庫中儲存空間和布局的最佳使用，並確保客戶的庫存記錄準確且及時更新。
o 制定並實施業務計劃，以滿足客戶需求和期限。
o 與跨境及公司總部的各職能部門協調，確保關鍵資源的可用性。
o 提供每月管理報告，涵蓋倉庫利用率、客戶庫存變動及其他與倉儲和配送相關的事項，並與既定目標進行對比。
3. 團隊管理
o 負責員工紀律，以維護公司服務水平和企業形象，同時促進操作人員的有效培訓和發展。
o 監督並領導團隊，包括培訓、績效評估及必要時的紀律處分。
o 激勵並鼓舞團隊達成業務目標並提升生產力。
4. 客戶管理
o 建立並維持高標準的客戶服務和滿意度。
o 處理客戶詢問，採取主動措施以最小化投訴。
o 推動正面的客戶體驗，以提高客戶忠誠度。
o 與現有客戶及其供應商/客戶探索業務機會，作為銷售和市場營銷人員進一步開發的領頭羊。
5. 品質控制
o 制定並執行質量標準和程序。
o 檢查並監控生產輸出，以確保符合質量要求。
6. 成本管理
o 通過優化資源利用和最小化閒置產能來控制區域成本。
o 分析並實施節約成本的措施，同時不影響質量。
7. 流程改進
o 持續評估和改進業務流程，以提高效率並減少瓶頸。
o 實施新技術和方法以提升生產力。
o 進行相關操作審核並提供建議，致力於持續改進以達到營運卓越。
8. 庫存管理
o 維護準確的客戶庫存記錄，並確保零缺陷交付要求。
9. 供應商管理
o 有效管理供應商，評估供應商以確保符合YCH標準，並遵守任何服務水平協議（SLA）的條款和條件。
10. 溝通與協作
o 與其他職能部門聯繫，確保業務運作的順暢。
o 向管理層報告業務進展和問題。
