The Advantech Applied Computing Group (ACG) is a dynamic and globally-oriented organization within our team. Comprising dedicated professionals, ACG collaborates seamlessly with global sales and partners to offer a comprehensive range of Design and Manufacturing Services (DMS). From the initial stages of product conceptualization to product development, manufacturing, and service programs, ACG is at the forefront of providing the products solutions through its DMS services.
Within ACG, our team members play pivotal roles in driving the success of projects and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services. Their expertise spans various domains, allowing ACG to effectively operate across different verticals. By amplifying the customer voice, our group strives to understand unique needs and challenges, tailoring solutions that not only meet but exceed expectations.
As part of this dynamic group, each team member contributes to the collective success of ACG, fostering an environment where collaboration and expertise converge to create impactful solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in discussions with customers to understand their needs, propose
potential solutions, and provide suitable solutions to deliver value through Design
and Manufacturing Services.
- Work directly with stakeholders to implement project objectives, overseeing the
entire project lifecycle from conceptualization to product development,
manufacturing, and service programs.
- Support variable aspects of projects, collaborating to monitor and drive timely
execution, ensuring successful project delivery.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to support project objectives,
including assessing resource utilization, maintaining project management
systems, and tracking project progress and efficiency.
- Monitor objectives and key results (OKR)/business indicators, identifying
performance gaps, and conducting risk assessments to proactively address
challenges.
- Ensure compliance with established processes and guidelines throughout the
project lifecycle.
- Identify, define, and implement efficiency opportunities for new and existing
products.
Minimal Requirement:
- 3+ years of program, product, or project management experience leading large
projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Good project management skills, including breaking down tasks, simplifying
roadmaps, establishing owners and timelines, and status reporting.
- Knowledge of structural problem-solving & basic statistics.
- Exhibits excellent judgment.
- Professional proficiency in Mandarin and English for effective communication and
writing in completing assigned projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Srong business acumen in specific domains, including but not limited to industrial
business, AI, Cloud, Edge.
- Technical knowledge with LCD, X86, Arm.
- Experience working in a global company with a focus on global business
strategies.
