職務描述

✨歡迎新鮮人✨辦公室氣氛良好✨豐富零食櫃提供✨快速累積電商經驗
✨ 工作內容:
1.透過電話、信件、聊聊對談協助所有”買/賣家”相關流程與疑問解決。
2.退貨退款爭議案件之審核與協調
3.買/賣家等對外聯繫與支援行政事項(表單製作/維護等)
4.金流、物流賣家爭議處理等等
✨我們需要這樣的人才:
1.邏輯性佳、細心、責任感強、具溝通協調能力與抗壓性強
2.具電商平台、客服相關、消費爭議案件之工作經驗者尤佳
3.有潛力新鮮人可!
✨排班時間:
輪班制,總共四個班別
12:00-21:00(無津貼)
13:00-22:00
14:00-23:00
15:00-00:00
含一小時休息時間,最晚輪班到晚上12:00,沒有大夜班
依當月紅字進行排休(平均8-10天)
✨工作薪資:35k-45k,依照過往經驗核薪,且每月有6500~8000不等的晚班津貼!
