Job Description

1. Contribute to the creation of IKEA NA People Strategy, ensure that strategy and action plan are operationally implemented and follow-up in a timely manner to achieve business objectives.
2. Serve as Business Partner to provide advice and counsel to co-workers at all levels of assigned functions regarding People & Culture practices, annual people cycle, policies, disciplinary actions and local labour law.
3. Work with Talent Acquisition Leader for Employer Branding and Recruitment related initiatives and processes (Organizational and Service Office level) to secure IKEA Employer Branding position in the market and enhance overall candidate experience.
4. Be responsible for coworker engagement and relations, including engagement activities and survey (iShare/YVC), act as SO main contact for Employee Welfare Committee, manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring that processes and decisions align with company policies, guidelines and local labour law to secure a healthy and positive labour-management relationship and promote a culture of fairness and transparency.
5. Work with Head People & Culture of IKEA Taiwan to implement organisation change process and change management to optimize business efficiency and performance.
6. Serve as key talking partner for unit People & Culture team, providing the advice on people-related agendas such as recruitment, coworker relations, and performance development processes. Ensure cohesive teamwork and resource synergy across different units.
7. Be in charge of the people processes, policies and annual activities (exclude Reward, L&D) in alignment with legal requirement and IKEA franchise agreement (e.g. iConduct, Retail Topic Review), ensuring consistent implementation across different units.
8. Be responsible for People-related KPIs follow-up and analysis, such as staff turnover rate, iShare, coworker profile analysis and exit survey. Also, be able to draw insight from data to facilitate leaders in making informed people decisions.
9. Collaborate with DFI Group P&C, IKNA Business Navigation, Finance and other P&C teams for annual budget planning, including headcount, staff cost, expense and CAPEX. Also, follow-up regularly to ensure alignment with actual performance.
10. Support Head of People & Culture of IKTW in developing, implementing, and following up on multi-market/ad-hoc projects to support Business Priorities and People strategy, such as IKEA/DFI Equality, Diversity & Inclusion, People Transformation Project.
