If you have an interest in international political and economic situations, technological trends, and the global food and raw materials sectors, possess relevant knowledge, or have strong logical skills to conduct independent research and analysis, you are the talent we are looking for. 1. Research the value chain of bulk raw materials and propose strategic layout plans. 2. Track global venture capital and industry benchmarks in the food, agriculture, and packaging sectors, including their investments and M&A deals. 3. Analyze the geopolitical and economic development processes of potential investment and strategic cooperation regions. 4. Execute other research projects and tasks assigned by the supervisor.

核心幕僚單位，負責集團內的大宗食品原物料事業群，其辦公室與生產基地位於二岸三地與東南亞。需以對商業的敏銳度、解決問題的能力及專案的時程掌握與重要關係人管理，協助該事業群日常營運，生意策略分析，及推動上下游長期佈局。 【工作內容】 1. 集團事業發展經營環境分析與評估。 2. 短中長期策略規劃及關鍵議題釐清。 3. 管理機制與系統流程的建構與精進。 4. 經營績效檢討、改善分析及輔導。 5. 重要專案追蹤列管及彙報。 6. 會議系統制定、安排與協調。 7. 專案規劃執行、推動與管理。
