1. Collaborating with relevant counterparties post-trade execution. 2. Managing contract issuance and post-fixtures operations. 3. Overseeing, documenting, and overseeing all aspects of physical shipments, including preparing and issuing documentary instructions, tracking payments. 4. Ensuring timely arrangement of invoicing and payments. 5. Maintaining and organizing operational records, files, and databases according to departmental requirements. 6. Providing operational team support and backup as needed. 7. Perform any ad-hoc tasks/assignment as required by the team.
