1、Job Description We are seeking a dedicated professional to develop the BIS-ISI (India) certification market for traditional industries in Vietnam, aiming to open up potential Indian markets for our Vietnamese clients. The responsibilities for this position include: -Market Development: Identify and develop potential clients, expanding the market to achieve performance targets. -Client Relations: Regularly visit distributors and clients to maintain stable and positive relationships. -Domestic Business Liaison: Manage domestic business interactions and certification service processes. -Factory Inspections: Accompany clients during factory inspections conducted by the Indian certification authority. -Business Promotion: Communicate and explain major business updates, activities, and services of the company. -Collaboration: This is a non-management role requiring close cooperation with supervisors. 2、Qualifications -Work Experience: 3-5 years of experience in certification services, preferably within traditional industries. -Education: Bachelor's degree or higher. -Language Skills: English: Proficient in listening, speaking, reading, and writing. Vietnamese: Fluent. Chinese: Not required, but considered a plus. -Base salary: Ranging from 10 million VND to 40 million VND. Monthly income can reach up to 40 million VND (inclusive of base salary, performance bonuses, temporary bonuses, etc.), entirely dependent on your performance. A formal contract will be signed after a 2-month probationary period (if you have relevant industry experience, the probationary period will be waived). Sales commissions start at 3%.
