阿奇立克公司（Arçelik A.Ş.)和日立環球生活方案公司（ Hitachi Global Life Solutions Inc.)於 2021 年 7 月成立新合資公司 阿奇立克日立家庭電器公司（ Arçelik Hitachi HomeAppliances B.V. )共同營運日本以外之全球生活家庭電器業務，邁進家電市場新里程。 根據上述原因日立家電(台灣)股份有限公司同步成為新合資公司旗下子公司之一員，並變更公司名稱為阿奇立克日立台灣家電股份有限公司。阿奇立克日立台灣家電股份有限公司將融合兩家企業的專長，增強競爭力，滿足不同市場需求，積極提升產品及服務質素，致力計劃更美好的生活與未來。 Arçelik Hitachi Home Appliances B.V. was established on July 1st, 2021 as a joint venture between Arçelik A.Ş. and Hitachi Global Life Solutions, Inc. to manufacture, sell, and provide after-sales services of Hitachi branded home appliances including refrigerators, washing machines, vacuum cleaners globally (outside of the Japanese market). We consider it our new milestone in home appliances market. With the formation of the joint venture, Hitachi Sales Corporation of Taiwan became one of the subsidiaries in our new joint venture and officially changed our company name to Arçelik Hitachi Taiwan Home Appliances Sales Ltd. Most importantly, Arçelik Hitachi Taiwan Home Appliances Sales Ltd. combines the expertise of both companies to not only strengthen our competitive positioning in the market, but also meet the needs of different types of market.
