職務内容

inline is a software startup focused on maximizing restaurant efficiency managing tables and reservations. We have thousands of restaurants including leading chain brands, Michelin-starred restaurants, shopping malls, and busy brick-and-mortar restaurants. We also partner with food-tech platforms, social apps, and various media services to grow the exposure and business for inline restaurant customers. Our team is launching and exploring more global opportunities in key cities, including Tokyo, Osaka, Hong Kong, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Vancouver, Melbourne, Sydney and the cities in the US. ▮ The Role
In this role, you will be responsible for office facilities management, employee support, repair and maintenance, hardware management and the event organizing. Your key focus will be establishing strong connections with employees to provide a friendly, clean, welcoming environment to the workplace.
To succeed at Inline, you must be aggressive, high-energy, highly organized, result driven and hard working. As a Workplace Operations Coordinator, you will work cross functionally with counterparts in revenue ops, finance, and corporate order team to manage and optimize restaurant relationships and provide maximum value for both inline and its clients. ▮ Key Responsibilities
• Front office solution- manage facilities management, or housing related customer requests from front to end. Execute the site inspection and office patrol daily, report and the recording needed.
• Postage- Manage the domestic and international incoming, outgoing mails, boxes, and deliveries.
• Food Program- Execute the food program activities as ordering, contacting the restaurants, picking up, arranging for inline employee meals.
• Repair and Maintenance- Execute the planned maintenance as scheduled janitorial works, general repair and maintenance, electrical maintenance and mechanical maintenance.
• Office Services- Execute and manage the office supplies, pantry supplies, sanitaries, appliance supplies, and storage stock and hardware inventory. Other administrative support based on the request.
• Event Program- Support the event as information and data collection, event settlement, food and gifts preparation to better perform the activities. Events include, specific inline day, anniversary, team building, team dinner, and bigger holiday.
• Others - Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to meet business needs.
▮ Preferred Experience & Personal Traits:
(1) Functional and Career Experience
• 2+ years of proven experience in facilities, real estate, administrative, operations and startup or related experience. preferably in a technology and information industry.
• Track record of successful cross- functional working relationships. Distill insights and information and lead deftly across the many aspects for the team.
• Data-driven approach to decision making and sound business judgment to determine project performance and financial viability, grounded in analytical thinking.
• Strong Excel and data management skills is a plus.
(2) Personal Traits:
• A natural problem-solver who can work through challenges and navigate comfortably in ambiguity.
• A creative partner, strategic thinker, interpersonal communicator and a hand-on doer who can enjoy experimentation and is willing to take bold bets despite risk of failure.
• Positive, Self-motivated, works independently and possess strong organization skill
