Arçelik Hitachi Home Appliances B.V. was established on July 1st, 2021 as a joint venture between Arçelik A.Ş. and Hitachi Global Life Solutions, Inc. to manufacture, sell, and provide after-sales services of Hitachi branded home appliances including refrigerators, washing machines, vacuum cleaners globally (outside of the Japanese market). We consider it our new milestone in home appliances market.
With the formation of the joint venture, Hitachi Sales Corporation of Taiwan became one of the subsidiaries in our new joint venture and officially changed our company name to Arçelik Hitachi Taiwan Home Appliances Sales Ltd. Most importantly, Arçelik Hitachi Taiwan Home Appliances Sales Ltd. combines the expertise of both companies to not only strengthen our competitive positioning in the market, but also meet the needs of different types of market. Being committed to improving the quality of our products and services and delivering better lives to customers has always been our top priority.
