• Coordinate HR operations for the APAC region.
• Maintain and update HRIS data.
• Organize onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Monitor attendance and address any irregularities.
• Assist the HR Manager with payroll activities.
• Ensure compliance by reviewing and communicating policies.
• Administer employee benefits.
• Provide support for employee mobility.
• Conduct recruitment activities.
• Prepare and analyze HR reports.
