Responsibilities You will partner leaders across our business to ensure KKday attracts, develops & retains the right team to deliver our business growth strategy, business expansion and ensure KKDay will be an employer of choice where talented people will join us and grow quickly whilst delivering excellent results. 1) Recruitment • Co-work with talent acquisition team to identified key talent. 2) Business Partnering • Build collaborative and trusting relationships with business leaders, anticipating business needs and implement appropriate initiatives. • Working with the Department Heads to build organization and people capabilities, improving workforce profile to increase efficiencies for long-term business growth. • Maintain and make use of HR analytics to recommend and support people related decision. • Support and facilitate talent movement across the business. 3) Performance Management • Manage the Annual Performance and Salary Review. • Work with Business Units to ensure timely submissions including appropriate recommendation for promotion. • Support the Managers in Performance Improvement Plan, provide support in staff exit when necessary. • Coach and provide guidance to Managers on managing performance issues at all levels. • Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances. 4) Workforce Planning • Support budgeting preparation & review process; working on variance and forecasting of people cost.   We would love to hear from you if you have • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline. • 5 years of relevant HR HRBP experience (with TM COE background), preferably from high growth MNC digital industry. • Must be familiar with Taiwan's labor laws and have practical experience in the field. • Strong HR generalist experience in the areas of hiring, development & HR partnering, etc are required. • Developed HR strategy by linking business & HR goals (Strong business acumen). • Strong financial acumen, detail-oriented with strong analytical, evaluative, and research skills. • Willingness to dive in and assist with whatever is needed. • Good knowledge of employment law & regulations and HR practices. • Hands-on and solution-oriented with the ability to manage operational areas. • Demonstrated independence skills and ability to spearhead initiatives & succeed in a fast pace, startup environment. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills help you to liaise, cooperate and influence with multiple stakeholders. • Global mindset and comfortable working with people from different cultural backgrounds.
