上班時間:
入職後一個月都是培訓期,培訓期間周一到五09:00~18:00
培訓期過後周一到日排班制,每月固定只輪一種班,依當月紅字進行排休(平均8-10天)
12:00~21:00、13:00~22:00、14:00~23:00、15:00~24:00 共四種班(執勤津貼面試時會告知)
遇購物節可能會有加班需求(有加班費)
工作內容:
1.透過電話、信件、聊聊對談協助所有”買/賣家”相關流程與疑問解決。
2.退貨退款爭議案件之審核與協調。
3.買/賣家等對外聯繫與支援行政事項(表單製作/維護等)。
4.金流、物流、賣家爭議處理等等。
條件:
1.基本電腦操作技能
2.可接受六日需輪班
3.良好的溝通能力
