【上班時間】
每月排班(當月固定班別),中間休息一小時,周一~周日排休
12:00-21:00 (此班別無津貼!)
13:00-22:00
14:00-23:00

【工作地點】通勤族有福,敲方便!
台北市中正區八德路一段55號3樓(近忠孝新生捷運站,走路三分鐘)
【工作內容】
分為三個組別:電話、信件、聊聊
三個組別都會學到以及輪調到,剛進公司會依照組別人數多寡安排。
1.透過電話、信件、聊聊對談協助所有"買/賣家"相關流程與疑問解決
2.退貨退款爭議案件之審核與協調
3.買/賣家等對外聯繫與支援行政事項(表單製作/維護等)
4.金流、物流賣家爭議處理等等
